Hi! My name is Silvia and I am the lady behind The Charming Tip.

Interior decorating has always been a passion of mine. Apart from my interest, though, I started to study Interior Decorating when I was living in Sydney and I had my first home. In fact, to my big disappointment and despite the money, the time, and the effort, I found myself in a home that was not what I expected. I loved every single piece in it, and they looked so good in the shop (!), but for some reasons in my home the result was not the same.

I knew that I had to learn how Interior Decorating works, because it is not only a matter of personal taste. When I moved to Rome and then to New York I continued my formation. Studying Interior Decorating in different part of the world, gave me the opportunity to learn different approaches to the subject.
